"The sessions are completely client lead, whatever you need in the session Josie will focus on. The biggest benefit / lesson for me was acknowledging my body and my energies, learning to accept and be kind to myself and my body....which was actually a HUGE lesson for me to learn.
Through the sessions I could feel my body and my energy and how my emotions / thought patterns would effect it, then acknowledging what I noticed and then allowing and accept it. I also found the session really interesting as Josie would explain the yoga and the biomechanics of my body!
