About the Yoga Class:
Making time and space to relax and unwind is essential for our wellbeing, there are so many potential benefits; improving sleep, lifting mood, increasing energy levels, reducing worry and anxiety, pain management, boosting immune health, improving digestion & so much more. 

This candlelight practice includes; Mindfulness, mindful movement, Pranayama (breathing practices) Mantra, Meditation & Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga! - queen of relaxation practices!)
Come along and enjoy a space of calm and relaxation to increase connection with your body & mind. An embodied practice to unwind from the busyness of your week and restore for your weekend.
