About the Yoga Class: Modern living is often busy, stressful and pressured; yoga can be a tonic for this.
Josie combines her skills and knowledge as a yoga therapist to provide a unique yoga class that supports health & wellbeing. A nourishing and mindful approach to yoga, combining postures, mindful movement, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation practices.
Plenty of time is given to explore postures, connect with the power of the breath and find that important balance of effort and ease.
Leave feeling rejuvenated with a deeper sense of calm & ease.
