About the Yoga Class: Come along and find out how yoga can benefit your sense of wellbeing e.g. improved sleep, energy, reducing daily worry and stress. This embodied and mindful yoga class will explore a creative combination of yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), mindfulness and relaxation. The class aims to Increase your physical strength and flexibility, as well as developing an increased awareness of your breath, mind & body - which has many benefits for your health & wellbeing off the mat! We will explore a balance of effort & ease in your practice - leave feeling calm & rejuvenated. Being able to touch your toes is not necessary.
Ideal for: Suitable for everyone - no yoga experience necessary. Date of Yoga Class: Tuesdays
Time & Duration: 1 hour sessions available between. 7pm - 8pm
Cost: £10 drop in (£8 concessions). £45 class pass - 6 classes (3 months to use).
