About the Yoga Class: Come along and find out how yoga can benefit your sense of wellbeing e.g. improved sleep, energy, reducing daily worry and stress. This nourishing and mindful yoga class will explore a creative combination of yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), mindfulness and relaxation. We will focus on slowing down & increasing connection with our breath, body and mind. Unwinding from your day & preparing for a good nights rest.
Ideal for: Suitable for everyone - no yoga experience necessary.
