Big Chill Fridays Dates: 2021 9th April, 7th May At: 8-9pm Cost: £6-10 - pay what you can In this practice we will explore a variety of relaxation practices such as: breath-work, mindful movement, mindfulness, meditation and yoga nidra (sleep yoga - the queen of relaxation). All designed to quieten the mind and calm the nervous system, promoting restful sleep and space to re-charge. When we have tools to relax, we find more resilience in life. All practices are done laying or sitting - you could be in bed with your PJ's on!
Sunday De-stress workshops - Every month - 10 - 12pm In these workshops we will explore a different theme each month using a combination of modern day science and ancient practices of yoga, designed to be integrated into your everyday life to support resilience and ease.
We will explore a variety of yoga practices, such as: asana / postures, breath work, meditation, yoga Nidra. If you have a desire to unwind. connect with a deeper sense of ease and resilience please get in touch. Suitable for all levels of experience.
