Yoga therapy is a holistic approach to physical and mental health. It understands the relationship between the breath, mind and body, whereas western approaches to health tend separate these parts of ourselves. It uses a compassionate approach, each session is client led and tailored to meet individual needs. All designed to empower you to take charge of your health and live with more ease. It combines the ancient art of yoga and modern day science and research.
It can be used to help with specific physical, psychological or mental health conditions, to increase resilience, emotional regulation, confidence, self esteem. You do not need to have practised yoga before to benefit from this approach.

Who is Josie Josie worked in the NHS as a senior mental health nurse for over 20 years, her journey into yoga was through depression. She has spent the last 10 years studying yoga and is a n advanced yoga teachers well as a qualified Minded Yoga therapist, accreted with the British council for Yoga Therapy. Her passion is to combine her expertise and knowledge as a mental heath nurse and yoga therapist to offer a unique approach to health and wellbeing.
