Asana / postures and mindful movement to release stress and tension held in the body.
Breath work / pranayama to calm your Nervous system and benefit your whole being.
Meditation (awareness cultivation) - connect with a quieter inner peace - a place always available to us but so easily lost.
Deep relaxation to end the practice - time for integration and healing before you step back into life, with a deeper sense of calm and ease.
A combination of modern day science and ancient practices of yoga.
